Condition of Returned Products

To qualify for a successful return:

  • Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

Return Shipping

  • Once BluesyWears confirms the claim, the customer will ship the product back to the provided address.

  • Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.

Inspection & Refund

  • After receiving the returned parcel, the Bluesy team will inspect the item.

  • If the product meets return conditions, the refund will be processed to the customer’s provided bank/account details.

  • Refund processing begins only after successful inspection.

Cases Where a Return May Not Be Accepted

To protect the brand and ensure fairness:

  • Items with removed tags

  • Used or washed products

  • Products damaged due to customer handling

  • Items returned without prior approval
    may not qualify for a refund.
