We offer stylish, value-driven clothing for both men and women, designed to provide comfort, confidence, and everyday wearability with reliable quality.

2. How can I place an order?

Simply choose your product, select your size, and proceed to checkout. Add your details, confirm your order, and you're done!

3. What are the shipping charges?

We offer flat-rate shipping of 200 PKR across Pakistan.

 

4. How long does shipping take?

Orders are shipped within 5–7 days, once processed. Processing is usually done as soon as possible, often the same day.

5. How will I know my order is confirmed?
  1. Upon placing the order, you should see a success order screen and a confirmation email to your provided email address.
  2. Once your order is ready for dispatch, we will send a confirmation message on WhatsApp or SMS to the number you provided.
6. What is your return policy?

You can request an easy return within 7 days after the product is delivered. Simply contact us on WhatsApp or email with your return request.

7. Can I return an item if I don’t like it?

Yes! You can return the item for any reason, even if you simply don’t like it—just make sure the product is unused and tags are intact.

The customer bears the return shipment cost.

10. When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned parcel, we issue your refund to the account you provided.

11. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

In rare cases of an issue, contact us immediately and we will resolve it on priority.

12. Do you offer exchanges?

While we currently do not offer a direct exchange policy, we’re always here to assist you. If you need a different size or item, simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll help guide you through the process.
We’ll arrange a refund for your original purchase, and you can then place a new order for the item you want. Please note that all shipping costs involved will be the customer’s responsibility.
